XIANCHUANG Weaving Loom Beam are widely applied in rapier, jacquard, air-jet, water-jet machine of Sulzer, Toyota, Dornier, Tsudakoma, Picanol, Somet, Benninger, muller, and etc, with flange diameter of 600-1250mm. Weaving Beam is manufactured with single and twin section accompanied with driving gear for smooth working. Customized beam working width or other special requirement can be satisfied.

* Flange:Made by ZL105High Strength Aluminum Alloy, higher material and mechanical property than normal materials; Surface anodized treatment. Flanges are available in a variety of weights or strengths, depending on the yarn.
* Beam Barrel:Made by 20# Seamless Steel Pipe; Galvanized Passivation.
* Barrel Jump <0.35mm per 1000mm
* Flange Vertical Jitter <0.35mm
